Your key responsibilities will be:
- Be the finance business partner for AMEA Supply Chain Leadership team and challenge team and status quo in fast moving environment
- Value Creation Program: partnered with country leaders to identify, implement and execute any savings opportunity. Monitor and control projects progress and share update to Global Operations
- Lead world class Supply Chain performance management by providing Insights to improve, reduce and optimize SC spend. Be accountable for seamless planning and forecasting process
- Partner with Regional S&OP to ensure working capital target is delivered by improving quality of insights to provide best in class fact-based decisions
- Manage and monitor markets write off in accordance with Global Operations guideline. Align markets needs and harmonize write off risk management
- Provide regular R&O to business partners
- Propose and implement more simple, agile, efficient ways of working by streamlining reporting and planning process
- Participation in negotiations with internal/ external partners regarding cost of goods management & cost matrix
- Participating in budgeting and controlling for logistics expenses & external manufacturing in accordance with international accounting standards (US GAAP) and internal company policies
- Participation in the creation of new procedures and the construction of processes related to the recent move to a new 1C platform
The skills and experience needed to create your legacy:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
- A proven track record of financial reporting and performance management across manufacturing & logistics operations
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, strong commercial acumen
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills – Russian & English
- Strong business partnering skills; ability to influence market stakeholders and build trust with key stakeholders
- Experience of working in cross functional environment
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including financial model building
- Working knowledge of analytical systems & 1C
- Communication and presentation skills: Able to deliver insightful and relevant message depending on stakeholders
- Experience with different cases related to product cost management
