Philip Morris International is looking for a Supervisor Planning Fulfilment Hub.
Your «day to day»:
Lead Long-term planning and Mid-term planning for the Fulfilment Hub with the strong link to the capacity planning (Hub Supplier);
Lead Short-term planning in correlation with schedulers (Hub Supplier);
Coordinates interaction of Fulfilment Hub with CMRP, Supply planning, GEN planning, capacity planning (Hub supplier);
Ensure planning process optimization in order to facilitate the scheduling of Hub supplier in terms of work order size, ensuring continuous production, lines balancing, regulators strategy implementation and support, ensuring flexibility model execution;
Responsible to link budget into daily, weekly and monthly forecast for operations volume planning;
Link up with operations and Supplier Customer Services for business planning forecast and change planning;
Coordination of Repack / Rework activities;
Leading Process improvement project in respect to the responsibility scope.
Requirements and qualifications:
5+ year of experience in supply, capacity, production planning is a MUST;
College / University, University degree (Engineering, Manufacturing) or equivalent combination of education and work experience;
Fluent English (both spoken and written);
Fluent Russian;
Advanced knowledge of SAP, Excel, Power BI;
Background of Manufacturing would be an asset;
High learning agility and collaboration, structured approach to problem-solving;
Natural curiosity and ambition to dig at the core of any issue;
Inventory management, or supply chain management is an advantage.
