YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’:
Recruitment demand planning based on business needs;
Strategy & tactics development for hiring top caliber of candidates for HQ, Strategic & Executive roles;
Headhunting, tracking and identifying prospective candidates using a variety of channels;
Conducting interviews, assess candidates’ skills & profile to ensure qualification match, cultural fit;
Longlisting & presenting shortlisted candidates and provide profile summaries;
Sharing recommendations on candidate suitability either by presenting to or discussing with the client and arranging further selection process;
Following up with clients on research status, generating market intelligence, analytics & insights to drive best business decisions;
Market mapping practice development;
Leading a team of 2 professionals;
Planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to completion.
AS AN IDEAL CANDIDATE, YOU SHOULD HAVE:
Proven experience in recruitment & executive search recruitment;
Deep understanding of recruitment processes;
Proficiency in using variety of channels to access relevant profiles;
Strong knowledge of candidates selection methods;
Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods;
Excellent knowledge of area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices);
People manager experience;
Client focus along with relationship building skills;
Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills;
Language skills: Russian, English fluent.
