Microsoft is looking for a Subsidiary BG Lead — Business Applications (CEE) to power up the team.

 

Responsibilities
The Area Business Applications Lead is the strategic leader for the Biz Apps business in Central & Eastern Europe (CEE), covering both Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. In this role you will be accountable for the business across CEE including strategy, planning, execution, advocacy governance and learning.

The Business Group (BG) Lead leads a team of Product Marketing Managers that are the business leaders for their functional domain. You will participate in Area level planning and governance processes, provide data and insights to support and drive effective business prioritization and decision-making to the Leadership team to achieve the business goals. You will enable the change management necessary to deliver on priorities and goals and are on point for delivering revenue, consumption scorecard & share targets.

You are responsible for close cross-group collaboration across segments to ensure local execution of strategies and tactics to further drive the business. An important part of the role is building deep audience insight, including understanding audience segmentation, their attitudes and purchase behaviors. Based on these insights, build locally relevant customer offers and co-marketing partnerships and integrate into the commercial sales motions.

As the ambassador for the product brand in the area, you are also responsible for overseeing and managing the investments in Business Applications broad marketing and digital media outreach initiatives.

The BG lead is expected to have a deep understanding of the products, the go-to-market strategies, competitive landscape and the local business opportunity and climate across the area. You are the local spokesperson externally and internally for the products in CEE. Finally, you are expected to report back to Corp on the success metrics (scorecard) as part of the rhythm of the business process.

 

Qualifications
8-10 years of product marketing experience, preferably in cloud services or technology
5+ years of people management experience with customer/partner facing marketing professionals

Education
Requires a bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or Computer Science., Masters level preferred.
Certifications in sales, sales management, complex sales training, sales methodologies, and consultative selling an advantage.
