As a Subsea Services Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- All activities related to the supervision, organization and execution of a service project, including scope, time, contract, cost & quality management. Responsibility for project methodologies and standards including scheduling and control, to fulfill a customer order or need according to financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Presenting projects plans, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior business leaders within technical space and occasionally to senior leaders in partner technical teams
- Overseeing all contract performance related activities, typically tied to a customer site and offshore installations
- Being the interface between the customer and the project team, managing the transfer of information and requests
- Overseeing contract service, operations, and performance specifications, as well as financial & technical metrics specific to contract
- Single point of ownership for customer technical, financial, quality and execution requirements. Develop execution plans along with Commercial, Engineering, Quality, Sourcing and Supply Chain functions to ensure equipment and services scopes of work delivery to the customer on-time and with superior customer experience. Lead project risk management in the identification and mitigation of commercial, technical, and execution risk
- Promote and own a working environment to achieve excellence in EHS, Compliance, Quality, Customer Service & Productivity
- Ensuring all Projects financial targets are met through financial reviews in terms of revenues forecast, margin review, costs analysis and past due review
- Representing the company in project site surveys, pre-installation meetings, monthly / weekly progress reviews & project closure meetings
- Providing expertise and support to Sourcing in selection of (sub) contractors for site activities and drafting of relevant POs
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Have minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Services Project Management
- Have knowledge of Subsea Production system
- Be fluent in English and Russian
- Have strong oral and written communication skills
- Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
- Have ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
- Have established project management skills
