Japan Tobacco International is looking for a Students Programs Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
Manage Make It Bright project and other graduate students programs across Russia
Define target audience for MIB and graduate students programs
Ensure informational & communication support for MIB across all involved parties (participants, local employees, global team)
Activate JTI Employer Brand across target audience in social media, on career pages and job boards
Analyze data and prepare presentations
Requirements:
University degree
1-2 years experience in HR, CA&C or Marketing
Upper-Intermediate level of English (written and spoken)
High level of communication and presentation skills
High level of energy and optimism
Ability and desire to initiate changes, flexibility, out of the box thinking.
