Siemens Russia is looking for a Strategy manager. You will represent Siemens in Russia and assigned countries by developing and implementing an effective strategy with a particular focus on cross-business strategic campaigns. Reporting to CEO Siemens Russia the successful candidate will be working as part of the team with the responsibility for the delivery of strategic work.
Main responsibilities:
- Coordinate and design strategic plans, programs, and measures on business or regional level, and aligns with related strategies and plans, in support of CEO and related executive team:
- Coordinate the content preparation and the representation of Siemens at top-level meetings: SPIEF, Innoprom, Railwayforum, etc.
- Account management and development for large Russian companies
- Coordinate CEO meetings: MJF on the monthly base, SRMMs on quarter base, monthly business-reviews with division and countries’ heads
- Coordinate Strategic initiatives on digitalization and sustainability / Business development for Central Asia (Uzbekistan)
- Interface to HQ for CEO & MBM offices, Advanta consulting, next 47
- Act a trusted advisor for Top Management, in all strategic aspects, to identify and follow up on future business opportunities
- Active network across corporate units and HQ businesses
- Regular contacts with key stakeholders in neighboring lead countries, and experience in resolving go-to-market issues in Central Asia
- Steer and coordinate preparation and implementation of strategic planning, investment strategies, global market research (incl. execution of strategic benchmarking), etc.
- Decide on cooperation with external service providers, and monitors progress, budget adherence and results generated
- Manage a team of country support functions: cyber security, quality management, supplier quality management, technical regulations & standards, product safety
Requirements and qualifications:
- You have management experience within groups and regions, experience in strategy development
- You have international experience in managing complex projects
- You have experience of strategy development, in market, economic, business analysis and usage of tools / procedures for strategic marketing
- Financial management, micro- and macroeconomics
- Experience in Key Account Management and implementation/development of its principles and methods
- Personnel Management
- You have ability to interact and communicate effectively with people at all levels and different cultures
- Leadership/motivation methods
- Good communication skills, Negotiating skills
- Advanced English and Russian
