Objective of the role:
- Plays an integral role in supporting the Board to develop a strategic view of the future direction of the organization and to accelerate implementing strategic initiatives aligned with the company’s overall goals and objectives
- Leads cross-functional strategic special projects to identify and evaluate critical business issues or strategic priorities and catalyze action plan against these priorities
Desired experience for strategy director includes:
- 5+ years with a leading consulting firm, ideally with a strong focus on business effectiveness/business models rebuilding or strategy consulting
- Experience in FMCG, Retail, leading business transformation
- Experience of launching or acting as an Agile coach for startups
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet various deadlines
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills: experience preparing complex financial models and valuation analyses for strategic initiatives
- Strong external network
- Strong competence in strategy development, business analytics, building investments funnel
- Building trustful partnership with internal peers
