Mars is searching for a Strategy Deployment Manager. Strategy Deployment Manager reports directly to Mars Wrigley’s S&OP & Activity Management Director.
You will do:
Create Strategy Deployment framework that drive transformational change in Mars Wrigley Russia business performance. This framework will include but not limited to defining the approach to macro-choice teams creation, macro choice scope definition and revision, securing business resources, capability building, stakeholder engagement & management, progress tracking and sign off the results, aknowldegment and motivation of project teams.
Drive exceptional project management into the planning and implementation of Sharpened Strategy, macro-choices and enablers through the use of appropriate project planning tools and methodologies.
Establish regular rhythm of Macro choice teams work, ensure progress tracking in business results delivery, provide visibility and regular updates to the keep the Management team up to speed on key issues and opportunities for each macro choice & Enabler.
Coach, counsel, and upskill strategy deployment teams and senior leaders in organization in change management capability, serving as an center of excellence for change management tools and processes.

Minimum 5 years equivalent experience.
Advanced English.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience of leading x-functional projects. Ability to build strong collaborative relationships between different functions across the organization.
