Mars is searching for a Strategic Revenue Management Manager.
You will do:
Develop confectionery Trade Architecture (TA) capabilities in the market
Co-pilot development of Trade Investment strategy with Sales Leadership to deliver category value and profit pool growth with customers
Lead development & management of MWC Trade Investment budgets
Champion trade investment linkage to SCM outputs and pay-for-performance TA designs in the market
Leverage TA design to drive a step change in trade investment productivity, delivering mutual category value & profit pool growth
Deploy best in class TA playbooks and best practices
Drive local and support global Trade Investment Review process
Provide efficient and effective MWC SRM Support
Manage the team of TA analysts
The company is expecting:
Graduate calibre, with experience in a blue chip FMCG with an analytical and commercial background
English – upper- intermediate (both verbal and written)
Strong financial and analytical skills, strong business acumen
Investment Strategy (Critical) – demonstrated understanding of the strategic & operational impacts of trade investment decisions across the P&L, both internally (Mars) and externally (Customer)
Investment Analysis (Critical) – direct experience in monitoring & analysing trade investments, including creation of investment models with multiple KPI’s. Scenario planning trade investment changes and their impact on profit pools and customer margins to develop clear investment recommendations
Trade Investment Architecture (Preferred) – An understanding of the key investment areas that are utilised within a customer agreement, and the ability to create and communicate clear investment frameworks that are mutually beneficial
