Yandex is looking for a Strategic Lead.
Yandex’s Strategic Client Development team is looking for a Strategic Lead with an analytical mindset and in-depth knowledge of marketing channels and tools. Your job will be to dive into business and marketing assignments, also handling media and performance approaches within the Yandex ecosystem: trends, audiences, analytics, communications, media planning, and some sales.There will be new challenges every day.
Responsibilities:
- Build and grow your own strategy group
- Develop media and performance strategies for new and existing clients, forgetting about going for the minimum price for efficient reach
- Prepare rationale and presentations for strategic approaches taken to placements within the Yandex ecosystem
- Work with analytics groups to gather and analyze project-critical data
- Cooperate with industrial teams to prepare project briefings
- Keep an eye on current trends (market, audience, media use, and technology), offer presentations and training seminars to Yandex employees and clients
- Coordinate with industrial groups to set up project assignments
Qualifications:
- Developed strategies for clients from different business categories across all media channels
- Have 3+ years of experience working as a strategist for a full-cycle advertising agency
- Speak and write English at an upper-intermediate level or better, sufficient to run negotiations and also prepare and give presentations
- Understand the basics of planning for all media channels
- Have experience managing a team
- Know Mediascope (TNS), have experience working with industrial data sources, are proficient in MS Office
- Developed an analytical thought process and a passion for numbers

- Worked with a team of experienced strategists, analysts, and product managers
- Can build new projects and ad products on company`s services
