В турецкую компанию-производитель мебели и текстиля для дома Yataş требуется Store Manager.

 

Since its establishment in Turkey in 1976, Yataş Group has moved step by step towards its goal to become the world's leading bedding manufacturer in the furniture industry. Today, Yataş Group is a leading manufacturer of furniture and mattresses in Turkey with more than 500 stores throughout the country and 350 around the world, the company is among the 300 largest industrial corporations.
Yataş Group products are distributed under four main retail brands: Yataş Bedding, Enza Home, Divanev & Puffy.
Company is looking for an Store Manager to be assigned to store that will be opened in Moscow, Russia.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Store management (instore Visual Merchandising, stock, work plan and accounting activities, checking transactions, cash deposit to the bank etc.)
  • Personnel management (recruitment, team building, training, motivation, adaptation and development)
  • Performing sales targets (KPI) and providing reprts to sales manager
  • Solving administrative, economic and other issues (customer, product, instore oriented etc.)
  • Respond to all customer inquiries and resolve issues of inoperability of customer tasks, customer accounts and other related issues
  • Providing a high level of service (applications of the group, brand, store locations and country regulations)

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 year of experience in retail trade in a similar position
  • Native level in Russian
  • Fluency in English and/or Turkish
  • Ability to work with KPI indicators
  • Degree from university
  • Higher education is a plus
  • High level of proficiency in 1C Trade and MS Office, including MS Excel
  • Working knowledge of customer relationship management and data analytics software
  • Motivated and willing to work in a team
  • Ability to work with KPI indicators
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Leadership qualities, focus on results, initiative, high efficiency, attentiveness, organizational skills
  • Excellent time management and organization skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Knowledge of trade practices and the most effective methods of sales
  • Ability to explain sales figures and perform data entry
  • Attention to detail
