Job Description:
• Setting up a development plan for startups enrolled in 3 months acceleration program
• Monitoring the implementation of the startup development plan within the program by conducting weekly traction meetings
• Advise startups on program engagement, business growth, expert selection (implement such tools, techniques, practices that enable business development: value proposition, segmentation to understand who and what to sell to; working with the sales cycles; unit economics; HADI cycles to do rapid hypothesis testing)
• Oversight of the timely completion of planned tasks for assigned startups
• Communicate effectively about startups performance with accelerator team
• Advice on mentorship
• Collaborate with COO to coordinate the Acceleration Program.
