Functions & Responsibilities:
Act as a senior advisor on all levels from C-level to Government’s teams on overall business and strategic implications on modern (integration) technology solutions;
Create compelling stories and presentations;
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure innovative products with coherent architectures and sustainable business models (incl. calculation of business cases);
Requirements:
Three to five years of experience in a top-tier management consulting firm and proven experience on relevant topics;
Be able to produce high-quality, robust content showing deep technical and business knowledge in an independent and self-driven way;
Solid technical, technology and business know-how in relevant fields;
Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and to master complex, unstructured tasks with strong sense of ownership;
Ability to organize and foster collaboration across teams;
Strong analytical skills to render complex problems understandable for an audience of varied background and technical knowledge;

Our Rostec team is now responsible for developing a concept of the integration in the Russian State Sustainable Development program. Within Rostec activities we have had a successful experience with developing and execution of the National digital transformation concept. Our team has an unwavering commitment to digitalization, which will have gathered a pace that aligns with Moore’s law innovation curve. The rapid development of digital twins — virtual replicas of hardware devices — will support a systems-level transformation of the current Russian environmental concept.
Nowadays we are looking for new members in our consulting team who could enhance our internal technological, legislation and environmental expertise of the Russian market of the industrial emissions as well as an expertise of international market. Together with you will continue investigate future trends and worldwide ecological community expectation.
The key outcomes of our consulting work will a list of the key assumptions and statements about what kind of Russian contributions in sustainable development of the industrial emissions market should be done and where is the right place of Rostec.
