Responsibilities:
Supporting staff of the company with the professional HR services;
Consulting and coaching managers on Talent Management;
Identifying new HR-practices, build culture, inhance Employer Brand;
Implementing Company HR policies and procedures on all People Management issues, delivering projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
3+ years experience in an international system company or IT company with more than 500 employees, upper-Intermediate level of English.
