Job responsibilities:
Off-cycle interns in the Investment Banking Division assist our advisory teams in structuring and executing a full range of financial transactions.
Responsibilities include:
Creating financial models.
Preparing client presentations.
Conducting business due diligence sessions.
Managing transaction process.
Off-cycle interns in the Moscow office closely interact with sector and product teams in other offices, particularly London and New York.
Skills and experience:
With an excellent academic track record, strong analytical skills, a solid work ethic, high motivation levels as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Candidates must have Full Time student status during internship.
Fluency in English and Russian is required.
