Responsibilities:
- work on company formations, maintenance, licenses, bank accounts etc.;
- drawing up and preparation of contracts according to various requests and criteria of the department;
- opening bank accounts in the UAE.
Requirements:
- fundamental knowledge in legal or accounting in UAE, experience from 1 year;
- the experience of long-term residence or current residence in the UAE;
- the ability to search and analyze information;
- experience in corporate law (and/or taxes, intellectual property, contract law, litigation, securities) is preferred;
- understanding of the work of legal consulting;
- it is highly desirable to have ready-made cases for registration and ongoing maintenance of foreign companies and opening accounts in the UAE;
- English language not lower than C1 level, it is highly desirable to know Arabian
