Hasbro Russia is currently recruiting to fill the position of Specialist Integrated Media.
Main Purpose of role:
Lead and manage Digital Content excellence across all online platforms;
Manage Digital Retail Activation calendar for e-commerce channel;
Assist with developing Consumer Digital Media strategies across the Hasbro portfolio that are integrated with the brand marketing & e-commerce initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement and sales;
Specific Responsibilities / Tasks:
Support and optimisation of Hasbro global/local Product Information Management (PIM) platforms;
Lead ‘digital assets to customers’ distribution process;
Assist with localization of product assets/information;
Build strong partnerships with the local Brand teams, providing digital content expertise and recommendations on maximising brand performance;
Serve as the in-house digital content expert to local teams, educating them on digital media platforms, tools and program performance;
Support day to day relationships with the agencies and content providers to deliver best in class integrated content media strategies across multiple digital channels including e-com, websites, social media and other media platforms
Define and recommend analytics framework and process with agencies/content providers. Drive real time optimizations, reporting process, benchmark approvals and report back to business stakeholders
Support and work with Global and wider European service teams to ensure toolkit meets local needs as well as liaise with local agencies on approved market-specific assets to drive brands performance
Develop & implement digital retail activation calendar for eCommerce customers, aligned with the businesses promotional and brand marketing initiatives;
Support the execution of approved eJBP’s for online or omni-channel customers;
Interface with customer’s eCommerce teams across all online channels to leverage exposure for Hasbro Brands;
Responsible for development creative materials (banners, landings, emails etc.) for e-commerce channel; external agency management;
Qualifications Required:
Degree level education (or equivalent) in Marketing, Media or IT
Experience Required:
Proven experience in Digital/eCommerce environment (2-3 years);
Able to demonstrate understanding of the fundamentals of digital marketing;
Extensive knowledge of digital and social platforms and operations
Knowledge of PIM platforms and research tools
Knowledge of current trends and innovation in media, tracking, analytics and research
Analytical skills, ability to relate results to business objectives
Balanced ability to perform analytically and creatively
Managing 3rd parties, Agencies, Content providers
Project management experience
English – (spoken and written) intermediate level and higher.
