Baker Hughes is looking for a Sourcing Leader.
As a Regional Sourcing Leader, you will develop Sourcing Strategies for Baker Hughes Indirect Sourcing. Your deep expertise on global and regional sourcing and market trends will help to manage the regional indirect sourcing team and driving the programs to meet Baker Hughes’ purchasing commitments in Sourcing.
As a Regional Sourcing Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and Implementing Sourcing strategies for Indirect Sourcing across all product companies and functions, leading synergies where possible
- Conducting competitive analysis of vendor products and services to develop and implement deflation and cost savings
- Defining supplier strategy including identification and development of Strategic and Preferred suppliers
- Leading negotiations and allocate needs to specific suppliers and presenting on sourcing, purchasing discipline and business solutions
- Leading complex and multidisciplinary projects realizing major changes in the organization
- Ensuring proper adherence to compliance and security needs through appropriate agreements and support of 3rd party audits
To be successful in this role you will:
- Show solid experience in Indirect Sourcing
- Be fluent both in Russian and English
- Be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Be able to identify strategic issues and develop supporting plans / tactics
- Be a team player and display good communication and writing skills
- Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills to develop and grow a team
