Job Description Summary:
- The Sourcing Leader for Russia & CIS will be responsible for managing the current landscape of Third Party Products and Services for sale to customers, Indirect supplies and co-developing with business leaders & commodity leaders, the suppliers’ strategy for the respected business area
- This role will work closely with each of the sites in the region and multiple support functions to ensure business objectives are achieved. You will improve the total cost of ownership of the various services within the covered scope by: deeply understanding the need and the ability to see beyond pre-conceived solutions, leveraging the entire Sourcing organization to take benefit of the company scale and market, improving abilities to make business more profitable

Essential Responsibilities:
- Own the Third Party Products and Services, and Indirect spend within various Indirect Categories in Russia & CIS
- Proactively look for leading projects delivering added value, improving our Compliance, base cost and efficiency in general. You will do this by partnering both with business stakeholders and the category teams at a European and Global level
- Lead and/or support supplier selection, Contracting, onboarding and performance reviews processes during
- Tender processes including RFPs, RFQs, e-auction
- Supplier contract negotiation and implementation to achieve Sourcing objectives in terms of productivity, cash and quality
- Business reviews
- Lead and/or support cash initiatives including supplier and stakeholder negotiations
- Continuously review and improve processes
- Communicate regularly with clients within the organization about specific Sourcing strategies; where purchasing delivers savings and add value
- Provide continuous input in developing the Sourcing function towards best practice
- Advise functions and managers regarding approaches, processes and best practices in Sourcing
Qualifications/Requirements:
- A master’s degree in Engineering/Economics
- Minimum of 6 years of commercial sourcing experience
- Successful experience in management of procurement processes for local goods and services, as well as indirect procurement in RCIS, including holding tenders
- Knowledge of the supplier market in RCIS
- Successful experience in concluding contracts for the supply
- Experience in procurement of logistics services for multimodal and international transport
- Successful experience in procurement of warehouse storage services
- Fluency in Russian and English
- Ability to analyze and prioritize
- Experience in project management, as well as experience in a matrix structure
- Ability to build relationships with suppliers and internal customers
- Strong oral and written communication skills, presentation skills
- Skills of time management, planning and prioritization
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
