Johnson & Johnson (Janssen) is looking for a Solution Senior Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Explore external environment including cross-industry innovation trends, perform research and monitor legislation to collect insights and identify opportunities to raise access of patients to treatment and increase the level of user experience of the patients on their pathways
- Initiate cross-functional dialogue, collect external expertise and lead project teams to create concept and porotypes for future solutions, drive execution and innovative thinking
- Maintain and elaborate modeling tools to build strong business cases and support value story creation
- Create and strengthen new partnerships with external stakeholders and providers with proper capabilities and expertise to build solutions infrastructure
- Build and approve business cases on the local and regional level in the organization
- Lead J&J cross-functional teams to develop internal processes and capabilities for flawless execution of solutions and prepare for transfer them to business routine
- Identify metrics and set up tracking dashboards for solutions and MVPs
Requirements:
- University degree in marketing \ management \ economics \ entrepreneurship
- 2+ years experience on the similar position
- Experience in creating solutions \ MVP from zero
- Experience in complex problem solving and leading interdisciplinary teams
- Strong project management experience
- Experience in vetting and aligning partners on the journey of bringing solution to market
- Entrepreneurship, product, or service design background is a plus
