What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement social media/influencer/digital strategies, briefs and plans in line with Marketing and Recruiting priorities and campaigns
- Coordination of Social media team: social media editor, targeting specialist, journalist, video providers etc. to ensure social media strategy implementation and KPIs achievement
- Coordinate, create and deliver social media focused content and campaigns
- Utilize industry and customer insight to inform strategies and remain an expert regarding on-going social trends and new platforms
- Work with global social media team to ensure success of global social media campaigns and support in evolving our social brand guidelines
- Coordinate and support local teams to deliver cohesive monitoring, measurement and evaluation in line with local and regional goals
- Evolve channel admin and reporting processes to ensure smooth and cohesive operation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholder teams – both locally and globally – including global social media team to drive successful campaign delivery
- Own high level agency relationships with influencer networks
- Own channel management and toolkit creation
YOU’RE GOOD AT
- Digital Communications expert — a demonstrated knowledge of what works for a brand across social media and own channels including working successfully with influencers in both the organic and paid space
- Tactically aware – knowledgeable about what’s going on in social media and digital communications, as well as the wider consulting industry, to deliver maximum benefit for the brand
- Strategic thinker — ensuring that CIS activity delivers against local and global goals, core business objectives and articulates key messages
- Proactive in the extreme — enjoys taking responsibility and making things happen – often to a tight deadline
- Highly organized — able to juggle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while managing essential admin and reporting work
- Strong leader — able to inspire teams and agencies to deliver and demonstrate responsibility to senior managers
- Adaptable — able to work in a corporate environment and quickly gain knowledge of different locales to ensure campaigns can deliver or be adapted for multiple territories
You Bring (experience & Qualifications)
- Minimum of 5 years digital experience – currently working at a senior level
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Track record of strategic planning and delivery on major social media/digital campaigns
- Experience of using customer data/insights to inform campaign strategy and planning
- Experience of using the latest social media monitoring and analysis tools
- Good network and knowledge of the media industry (agencies, video providers, etc.) for the purpose of high quality content creation
- Fluent English
