To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 2+ years of experience in social media management for a web3, play-to-earn, or gaming company
- Proficient in social media platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, TikTok
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in developing and implementing social media strategies and campaigns
- Familiarity with social media analytics and able to use data to optimize social media performance
- Experience in collaborating with influencers and brand ambassadors
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Understanding of the crypto and gaming industries
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changes in social media trends and algorithms
