Looking for a Social Media Manager, aka "the mean octopus" (with a soft spot for people in the office). Being able to handle multiple tasks with ease, or at least making it look easy to non-trained eyes, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's online presence.
It is of utmost importance that you already have experience and involvement in the whole process of creating and maintaining the brand's social media identity.
Job description:
- Developing and Executing Marketing Strategies: Plan, develop, implement, and monitor a successful long-term marketing strategy on social media
- Content Strategy: Create and execute a compelling social media content strategy. Contribute to the process of creating and publishing engaging multi-channel content
- Community Engagement: Engage with our audience daily, answer their questions, and participate in creating surveys to enhance our marketing strategy and product development
- Data-Driven Insights: Monitor and analyze user and customer activity on social and review platforms. Utilize insights and data to inform future marketing activities
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with industry trends to identify new opportunities for product promotion and create new communication channels to reach our target audience
Knowledge and experience:
- Minimum 2 years of SMM experience: Proven working experience in top-trending social media platforms
- Community Building: Experience in community building and marketing is essential
- Resourcefulness: A track record of building and innovating without the need for extravagant resources
- Creativity overload: Display a high level of creativity and expert-level resourcefulness
- Education: At least a high school diploma (IV-year degree) gained or validated in Serbia
- Positive Attitude: A joyful personality (but not before 11 am)
