inDriver - as an international passenger transportation service.
Company is looking for a self-motivated and talented communications manager to lead social media communications branch. In this position, you will be in charge of reactive communication in social media in 42 countries and responsible for a big international team.
Your main duties will also include consulting and informing users, answering questions and comments from users, helping with registration, etc.The communications team also plays an important role in collecting insights from users and providing them to the business, research department and anyone else interested. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, with brilliant analytical, communicative, presentation and organizational skills.
What are you going to do:
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build customer loyalty, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction on social media
- Initiate the special projects for communications (I.e. special stickers for answers on Women's Day, Changing scripts for Halloween etc.)
- Work with different marketing departments to generate new ideas and strategies. (scripts preparation, anticrisis communication)
- Optimize the work of the communications team (work schedules, reports, education)
- Supervise the team to ensure all communication is according to the TOV
- Identify and resolve issues with promotional (social media) content in a timely and professional manner
- Measure results and adjust Strategy according to set targets
- Manage global agencies that provide SMM communication in addition to internal Team efforts. Search for, manage tenders, negotiate with potential agencies (set up process compliance, financial department approval, sign up a contract and make monthly payments in time)
- Provide regular 1-To-1 calls with SMM communication specialists
Company`s wishes:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations or relevant field
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Proven experience creating communication strategies
- Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Advanced english
