Accel Club is acquire, scale, and operate e-commerce businesses by integrating them into the platform. The company is looking for a Social Commerce Lead.


Responsibilities:

  • Optimising the process and time of collaboration with bloggers, expanding existing funnel as well as finding new sources for that
  • Setting up communication processes with bloggers:
  • Setting up CRM to work with bloggers
  • Raising conversions from contact to response/post-tests of communication texts, reward formats, more proactive push into partnership, automatic communication chains
  • Raising the conversion from a post to a sale - analysing results of campaigns and choosing the most feasible formats of posts and offers for the audience
  • Developing bloggers community and advising new bloggers on best practices
  • Setting up the analytics on placements in Tableau; providing reports on all CRM data linked to the blogger/post/promo code/brand, etc.; analysing charts on key indicators to track the improvement of processes and results
  • Finding agencies and platforms through which we could work with bloggers on CPA, launching offers of our brands
  • Recruiting new team members

 

Requirements:

  • Higher education
  • Ideally having 2-3 years of experience working with bloggers
  • Having experience in people management would be an advantage
  • Understanding the basics of performance marketing or having experience working with bloggers on CPA/RevShare, or have experience purchasing performance advertising
  • Knowing how to build effective and efficient processes
  • At least upper-intermediate level of English
