L’Oréal is searching for a Social Brand Manager.
Area of responcibilities:
Always on paid social (targeted media) strategy development and execution for VK, FB/INST, OK, TIK TOK
Social commerce management (live streams, collaborative ads, social channel shoppable services, integration in retailer’s assets)
Creative production for all formats of social media campaigns
Analyze and identify influencers (profiles, bots, intersection)
Local experts management (dermatologist, beauty advisors)
Own relationship with influencers
Creative seeding’s and events with bloggers
Budget management
Generate product reviews and contribute to improvement of share of category mentions and engagement versus competitors
Rating&Reviews ownership
Community moderation and Consumer Care support with Consumer Care dept
KPI’s:
Share of mentions and engagements in social media
Paid influencers media efficiency metrics
Number of social media projects, cooperation with retailers
Critical competencies:
Advocacy and social media strategies development and execution, owning relationship with influencers
Managing community moderators & local brand experts
Hard skills like data analysis and copywriting, and ability to create visually appealing, multimedia content, consider every aesthetic detail from images to links
English level — Upper intermediate.
