L’Oréal is looking for a Social Brand Manager Garnier. In charge of Brand visibility and content strategy in social media channels (owned and earned).

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Social Content (including part of IMC):
  • Content calendar development with SMM agency
  • DMI content adaptation
  • Local content production with SMM agency, influencers, experts
  • Develop social assists for retailers with On-line BM
  • Create organic campaigns posts and amplify paid media with Digital Manager
  • Influencers & press(partly) management:
  • Analyze and Identify influencers (profiles, bots, intersection)
  • Own relationship with influencers (IMC and always on)
  • Creative seeding's and events with bloggers
  • Budget management for Influencers part
  • Beauty plans sendings
  • Press releases
  • Ratings and Reviews management:
  • Generate product reviews and contribute to improvement of share of category mentions and engagement versus competitors
  • Submit products for ratings/reviews
  • Community moderation and Consumer Care support with SMM agency/ Consumer Care dept

 

Critical competencies:

  • Strong negotiation skills, good communication
  • SM active engagement follows all trendsetters and raising stars
  • Perfection taste in content
