А vibrant science and technology company Merck Group is looking for a Head of SNO (Supply Network Operations) to manage a team of supply chain professionals in the region.
As the Head of the function, you will act as a senior advisor and mentor within the team and beyond and contribute to the technical direction of the supply chain function.
Tasks:
As the Head of the function, your role will be to act as a single point of contact for internal and external customers and suppliers. You will work effectively in a cross-functional and diverse environment and use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve service and to define processes and standards. You will be responsible for driving the IBP process within the geographical scope, ensuring that the key steps of demand and supply review, pre IBP and IBP are followed while also ensuring proper maintenance of SAP-IBP tool reflects the breathing space, potential business risk and an aligned consensus forecast. The SNO Head for Russia & CIS countries is responsible to ensure the supply on time and in full of all the products that are delivered to our customers in Russia & CIS countries. You will be the interface for cross-functional collaboration across different other functions, Ensures NPI (launches, changes of artwork, life cycle management) are coordinated successfully within the function and in collaboration with cross functions and ensure that responsibilities and actions are carried out within the framework of safety, quality and compliance.
Who you are:
You have Bachelor/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or related field
You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Supply Chain function; with at least 3 years managing teams (preferably)
You have experience within the Healthcare/Lifescience industry (preferably)
Strong user-level knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office
Capability to effectively achieve results in a largely autonomous work environment. Excellent negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills
Fluent level of English and a willingness to learn Russian.
