TRANSSION Holdings is hiring a SMM Lead for one of its brands TECNO Mobile in Moscow.
Responsibilities:
- Social media content strategy preparation and its realization for AON campaigns / special campaigns and new product launches for VK, TG, OK and YouTube
- Coordinate the content calendar of PR, DM, sales and other departments
- Have creative UGC event planning capabilities, as well as the operation of social media Seeding
- Setting up tasks for designers and for copywriter for different social media materials’ formats (stories, posts, motion, localisation and etc)
- Undertake social media subscribers, ER and other goals
- Ensuring consistency in the tone of voice across all channels
- Doing advertising campaigns for the posts (impressions) in VK
- Working with bloggers
- Analysis of competitors
- Analyze all social media data and adjust content to ensure maximum engagement
- A new community release
Qualifications:
- Work experience as an SMM manager in a top advertising agency or in electronics, household appliances
- Ability to create a strategy and attractive content
- Competent oral and written Russian
- Knowledge of tools for analytics and promotions in social networks
- Good English skills
- Market awareness (smartphones, devices, accessories, laptops)
