Responsibilities:
Development and implementation of strategies for the presence and promotion of Hyundai, Genesis and Hyundai Motorstudio, Hyundai Mobility in social networks (VK, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube);
Placement of targeted advertising in the social. networks for the purpose of lead generation and promotion;
Development and implementation of strategies for working with opinion leaders / bloggers;
Development and implementation of special projects;
Holding contests and other events, creating branded digital products both on social networks and on specially created partner sites and resources;
Organization and control of the production of creative photo and video materials;
Analytics and reporting: analyzing competitive environment, monitoring customer satisfaction, tracking quantitative performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting on progress;
Monitoring and implementation of the latest trends in the field of SMM.
Requirements:
Education in marketing, journalism, philology, linguistics;
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the field of project management and SMM, as well as the implementation of creative digital projects;
Ability to work with various, multifunctional, internal and external stakeholders to achieve meaningful results on time and within budget;
Strong communication skills;
Literate written and spoken language, deep knowledge of the grammar of the Russian language, ability to edit texts;
Ability to think outside the box and create creative concepts;
Experience in placing targeted ads on these networks and tracking performance;
Experience in posting paid posts on social networks and working with bloggers;
Analytical mindset — clarity in work, the ability to competently structure information, analyze and draw conclusions;
Knowledge and ownership of SMM services (analytics, posting, promotion);
Sociability, willingness to listen and take the initiative;
Professional proficiency in Microsoft Office, including the ability to create rich and attractive presentations in Microsoft Power Point;
English level — Advanced.
