12 STOREEZ is a Russian brand of laconic clothing, founded in 2014. They have 50 stores in Russia and Kazakhstan, a website and a mobile app. In 2020, the company entered the international market. They are also represented on Lamoda, Farfetch, Zalando and AboutYou.
12 STOREEZ stores is a place where a customer can feel the atmosphere and philosophy of the brand, and receive excellent service. Their idea is to help customers create a concise and thoughtful basic closet.
JOB MISSION
To be a brand ambassador and embody the values of the company in the team
The Manager is responsible for all in-store processes, manages the team, organizes the assortment and works independently on the sales floor.
WHAT TO DO
General store management
Ensure financial targets are met
Efficient use of resources, including merchandise, property, cash and labor.
Adhere to corporate standards: service, merchandising, product handling, cashiering, reporting, etc.
Team Management
Ensure compliance with job duties and determine staffing needs in a timely manner
Supervise compliance with labor discipline, health and safety, sanitation requirements, fire safety
Execute incentive system, keep records of working hours, payroll, vacation schedule
Organize adaptation, mentoring and training of new employees
Build a strong team, create a comfortable environment, follow company mission and values
Handle merchandise and the sales floor
Ensure a high level of merchandise accounting in the store
Control the condition of the sales floor according to the check list
Organize marketing activities of the store
Provide high quality of service and ensure a comfortable customer experience in the store.
WHAT THEY WOULD LIKE TO SEE IN THE CANDIDATE
At least 1 year of work experience in the lux segment.
English proficiency at B2 level and above is a must
Willingness to relocate to Dubai
Experience of working with client base, skills of rendering premium services
Knowledge of basic financial indicators (turnover, average check, CR, UPT).
Proficiency in cash registers, knowledge of cash register reporting
Well-developed skills of training, coaching and knowledge transfer
High level of empathy, communication culture, service
