Invest&Rest is based in Dubai and provides a wide range of services in the UAE market: financial consulting, investments, real estate sales, relocation of individuals and legal entities, supplies of foreign products around the world.
We need a manager to interact with clients and support the entire cycle of providing various services provided by our company.
Tasks:
- Search for clients who consider the UAE as a center of concentration of their interests, moving
- Search for counterparties and partners for the company in the UAE and Russia: real estate brokers, developers, PRO, logistics companies, similar businesses with the company
- Work with private clients to identify the need for relocation in the UAE
- Advice to clients in the main areas of the company's business: real estate, visa support, opening bank accounts, additional services.
- Identification of the needs of clients who are considering options for buying property in the UAE/Turkey
- Work with the client's environment (family, partners) for a possible offer of company services
Requirements:
- Higher education
- Knowledge of English
- Experience working with clients in the Affluent, HNW, UHNW segment
- Ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Ability to identify the needs of the client in other directions in order to offer additional services and services to the client
- Working to a flexible schedule and striving to achieve goals
