CHERY is one of the leading automobile producers in China and one of the famous Chinese brands and leaders in cars sales in Russia.
CHERY AUTOMOBILE RUS, a 100% foreign capital company, is responsible for organization of local production, import, sales/distribution and services of products under the CHERY, EXEED and OMODA brands in Russia and some CIS countries. Company does it through dealership network, which consists now of more than 300 dealers in Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan.
CHERY Rus has intention to develop after sales services and introduce premium quality of customers care and support, for actively developing EXEED brand. In this regard, company is looking for a Service Director for EXEED brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working out Service/After Sales standards and development strategy, based on brand`s strategy and positioning
- Analysis of current After Sales set up and activities, identification of gap between current service set up, and desirable , working out action plan to cover the gap
- Communication of After Sales strategy (to EXEED team, to dealers) and managing implementation
- Managing partnership with dealers: development of Service standards, requirements working out conditions of collaboration in After sales area, control and coordination of dealers activities, sharing best practices between dealers
- Managing budget
- Managing team (Technical and warrantee support, Regional After sales managers, Spare parts)
- Monitor and analysis of indicators of quality of service, customers satisfaction, etc, working out and implement corrective actions
- Monitor and analysis of competitors' After sales activity
Requirements to candidates:
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in automotive business, with at least 3 years in senior management roles in After sales/Service area at distributor (producer)
- Deep knowledge of automotive industry
- Good knowledge of economic indicators of spare parts and service
- Experience of working out and implementation of Service/After Sales strategy, standards, policies, KPIs
- Proven ability to drive projects from start to finish
- Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships within the company
- Ability to lead a team
- Higher education, preferably in automotive area; additional education in management, will be an advantage
- Readiness to business trips (up to 30% of working time)
- Good command of English is a must
