В медицинскую компанию крупнейшего конгломерата GE Healthcare ищут Service Delivery Digital Leader.

 

Service Delivery Digital Leader drives implementation of RCIS service delivery digital roadmap to support simplification/improvement of service delivery processes, while closely collaborating with both various RCIS teams and with Global/EMEA/EM teams.

 

Key responsibilities/essential functions include:

  • Propose and drive optimization of existing service delivery digital ecosystem
  • Drive local digital platforms e.g. ASAP, eCoordinator etc) roadmaps development and own project management of those including working with external vendors to ensure most efficient digital support to the functional responsibilities of service delivery teams
  • Set expectations with global digital tools owners (e.g. ServiceMax, & global/EMEA/EM dashboards) on RCIS requirements to ensure those are part of deployment roadmaps
  • Focal point for Global/EMEA/EM service delivery digital programs implementation

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor/ masters degree
  • Work experience 6+ years in a digital leader role
  • Previous experience in managing digital tools implementation projects
  • Project management of business app development in Enterprise environment
  • User Story, Bug report & Feature request creation base on app users feedback and direct communication
  • Decomposition and task creation for development team based on collected Bug reports & Feature requests
  • Features and release planning including needed API and integrations to data sources
  • Understanding of web apps architecture and technology stack, understanding of HTTP+SSL, WebSockets, REST API
  • Web app deployment on Linux servers, source code management using Git repos, Gitlab, Github
  • High level testing of new features and fixes before prod deployment, bug investigation and documentation
  • Administration of Linux (RedHat based), support services running on Nginx, php-fpm, Gunicorn, Redis, Celery, Docker
  • DB administration Mysql, Postgres
  • Programing skills VBA, automation experience for business tasks on MS Office products using VBA
  • Excellent planning, prioritization and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated collaboration, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving & root-cause analysis skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication & presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Green Belt / Black Belt certified or familiar with Six Sigma quality concepts and tools
  • Knowledge of quality management system standards (ISO 13485 and CE Mark requirements)
  • Project management in Atlassian Jira
  • Basic programming skills PHP, Python
  • TCP/IP and OSI understanding, SSO technology and SAML understanding
  • Implementation and usage experience of CI/CD tools for web applications
