What you’ll need to have:
Completed higher education in a relevant sphere.
Previous 5 years of experience in recruitment both in-house and in a recruitment agency.
Knowledge of recruitment and selection techniques and requirements, laws regarding employment practices.
Experience in handling senior manager and multiple stakeholders.
Have knowledge about candidate’s behaviours and labour market trends.
Ability to work independently, take own initiatives and responsibility, express your ideas and opinions effectively — with ability to influence and inspire.
Open-minded, customer focused, possess good communication skills.
Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English.
Computer literacy.
Your responsibilities:
Execute efficient, effective and consistent Recruitment activities in order to attract and recruit talented candidates to fill leadership and complex job vacancies.
Create an outstanding candidate experience from initial candidate contact to job offer that is efficient and aligned with our values.
Influence and consult Steering Managers and Hiring Managers throughout searches to ensure the best talent is hired.
Lead the recruiting process for management, leadership and complex searches.
Utilise and advocate for global tools, programs and direct recruiting techniques to identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates for assigned and anticipated vacancies.
Build and maintain manageable talent pools for future competence in software systems.
Analyse data and help lead process improvements across the recruitment function.
Communicate effectively and proactively throughout the recruiting process.
Screen, interview and prepare candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
Develop and evolve relations with stakeholders within the country organisation to ensure alignment with sourcing strategies while managing stakeholder expectations.
Integrate the Diversity, Equality and Inclusion approach and knowledge into the recruitment.
