Teleperformance is looking for a Senior Vice President of Business Development to join very successful Business Development team in EMEA.

About the role:
- This is a very business critical role within the business development team in EMEA, where you will be reporting directly to the C-Level Executive
- The Senior Vice President Of Business Development will take full ownership of the assigned vertical/LOB. He/ She will be responsible for winning new accounts/logos and growing the vertical/LOB within the EMEA region. The regional SVP will be responsible for winning new accounts and hunting for new opportunities in existing accounts within the region
- The SVP will be developing and executing a EMEA BD strategy that drives measurable results and supports the overall success of the new business development team across EMEA. In addition to driving transformation and digitally integrated sales across the region
- He/ She will be developing plans and strategies for the associated vertical and physical territory that will form the basis for value driven sales growth
To be successful in this role you must have:
- 5+ years experience in BPO/Outsourcing/consulting
- Solid cross vertical network across EMEA
- Proven track record in hunting for new business opportunities (including pipeline management)
- Sales background/Mindset/ entrepreneurial
- Demonstrable background in developing go to market strategies
- Proven ability to manage Internal/external Stakeholders
- Ability to work in cross-cultural environment and forge a relationship network across multi-discipline groups and occasionally third parties
- The role is remote based, so company will consider EMEA applicants
