В крупную международную компанию-поставщик трансферов на горнолыжные курорты открыта вакансия Senior UX/UI Designer.
The company has а lots of ambitious goals, so is looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join the team. He would help create, build, test, ship, and improve user experiences and conversion rates for digital products. The ideal candidate will be passionate about understanding and translating user needs into intuitive, engaging designs.
Responsibilities:
- Create journey maps and user flows to improve UX and conversion rates
- Collaborate primarily with product managers, marketing team, and sometimes with engineers to define feature requirements, align on the design process and approach, present, get feedback, etc.
- Design wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma
- Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with brand guidelines
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing conducted by researchers
- Work closely with product and development to align product and design vision and implementation
- Study UX industry trends, learn best practices, and innovative approaches, and implement insights into the work process
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Proficiency in Figma
- Strong understanding of interaction design, UX and UI principles, and accessibility standards
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- The candidate must have experience with 1 or more of the following types of work
- Travel and tourism
- E-commerce web platforms
- Complex information-dense interfaces
- Unconventional or unique UX
- Cross-platform approach
- Bonus qualifications
- Knowledge of Adobe XD and Sketch
- Experience in an Agile environment
- Familiarity and understanding of web front-end technologies
- Knowledge of accessibility standards
