Bacardi is looking for a Senior Trade Marketing Manager (Region).

 

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

BRAND STRATEGY AND ACTIVITY PLANNING

Supports development of brand strategy in the Region and leads trade activity ideation & development in the annual Integrated Activity Planning (IAP) process for on & off-trade channels
Works closely with Country CPA to implement an extension of Regional IAP into Country activation plans or manages it directly where no Country CPA resources available
Planning of brand portfolio architecture with an Innovation pipeline that highlights key bets and captures future sources of growth. Innovation management through internal NPD process.
TRADE CHANNELS AND SHOPPER BEHAVIOR UNDERSTANDING

Builds deep understanding of the local target shopper groups and trade channels for portfolio RUM Brands in all key Countries within EEURA region to inform planning and optimize the deployment of brand trade assets
Partners with Regional Insights team to design & run simulated tests or market pilots for new trade-related programs and ideas to maximize their effectiveness and efficiency
BRAND COMMUNICATION IN THE TRADE CHANNELS

Leads development of annual Activation Toolkit with all the key assets and mechanics for brand activation by briefing agency and coordinating production of key assets and VAP designs in accordance with BVI as well as legally compliant brand communication
Leads regional item production and delivery to the markets (VAP, POSM), coordinates global POSM orders
Works closely with local marketing teams to ensure that all brand content programs, partnerships and mechanics are effectively activated and commercialized
BUSINESS PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

Measures and evaluates (M&E) all assigned customer activities and helps to identify & codify rollout of successful brand growth drivers
Delivers performance targets on brand trade activities, as set out in the annual M&E plan
Manages brand A&P budget in order to minimize costs and optimize ROI
CREATING A WINNING TEAM

Supports effective matrix working as a single Category team – from Global to Region to Market
Fosters close collaboration with Region Consumer Marketing throughout brand planning and activation

 

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY:

Trade Marketing / Brand management experience not less than 5 years
Industry experience is preferred but not essential
Deep understanding of the trade channels (on / off / e-comm) and ways of its activation
Drive execution with a clear result-oriented behavior, while developing and inspiring the market teams
Financial savvy to manage P&Ls and efficiently control A&P expenses
Strong verbal / written skills and ability to generate meaningful presentations
Fluent English is required
