SAP is searching for Senior Total Rewards Partner for CIS, Hungary and Poland.
This is temporary less than 6 months position. The temporary position will be moved to permanent position by the end of the contract.
Be trusted adviser for CIS, Hungary and Poland, providing consulting expertise on all aspects of Total Rewards including program design, implementation, and communication
Senior Total Rewards Partner is responsible for:
- Partner closely with the lead HR Business Partners across countries, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition and other functional experts
- Represent MEE in key global and or regional programs/projects with the aim of introducing a simplified and globally standardized approach within the country/region
- Able to provide C&B thought leadership and support operational work to design compensation and benefits plans/programs, manage projects, ensure plans and programs are legally compliant, market competitive and cost effective and proactively provide consulting services for emerging business requirements
- Implementation of global variable pay frameworks and design of regional/hub adaptations as necessary
- Design and management of all benefits programs and management of relationship with vendors
- Management of year end activities (eg Bonus Calc, salary planning, equity)
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor or Masters in Business Administration /Human Resources or other relevant discipline
- Minimum 5 year’s experience in compensation & benefits, gaining deep expertise to include all aspects of fixed and variable pay, in a multinational environment and/or in a consulting environment
- Knowledge of key compensation & benefits regulations in CIS
- Able to work effectively in a complex regional matrix organization and manage multiple projects
- Able to work flexibly
- Strong leadership skills and excellent communication and influencing skills
- Able to establish good working relationships across all lines of business, different business needs, usually remotely
- Advanced excel skills
- HR systems savvy (e.g. IPP, SF)
- Russian native
- English fluent
- Candidate should be located in Moscow
