Wheely is searching for a Senior Tech Recruiter.
ONCE HERE YOU WILL:
Own full recruitment process including interview, feedback and offer process for engineers, PMs, data and other IT specialists. Mostly they will be seniors.
Find, engage and activate passive candidates through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search techniques.
Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, talent mapping, events and sourcing campaigns.
Collaborate with teams to deeply understand their hiring needs and proactively translate that into a positive candidate and interviewer experience.
Maintain data integrity and report recruiting metrics as needed.
Ensure that every candidate has a positive and engaging interview experience.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in an agency setting or high-growth tech environment.
Experience working with engineering teams and hiring for technical roles, including but not limited to Backend, Frontend, Mobile, QA and more.
Successful track record of attracting top senior engineering talent.
Experience independently partnering with leadership on hiring initiatives.
Passion and understanding of technology.
Excellent verbal and communication skills.
