Kaspersky Lab is looking for a Senior Talent Manager (Global Scope).
Summary:
This position is focused on maintaining of effective programs for retention, development, promotion and succession planning for high performers using a data-driven approach that aligned to ongoing company strategy.
Main duties:
- Together with Org Development team assess organizational structure effectiveness with aim to identify development area - individual and organization wide development needs
- Based on the Org Dev assessment:
- Define target audience to work with
- Define and/or develop relevant talent development solutions including, but not limited, assessment, coaching and mentoring
- Initiate, plan and implement effective programs for target audience retention, development, promotion and succession planning
- Ensure that organization-wide talent management initiatives are focused and aligned on improving operational efficiencies and effectiveness
- Cooperate with T&D when necessary with aim to link Talent Management activities with overall T&D strategy
- Acting as an internal consultant for key stakeholders in regards of coaching and assessment tools and techniques
- Manage talent management activities globally (North&Latin America, Europe, Middle East, Turkey, Africa, RU&CIS, APAC)
Requirements:
- 7-10+ years of broad HR experience including talent management and performance management
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
- Experience designing, developing and supporting talent management programs for senior/top management audience that cover performance management, talent development, coaching, assessment, mentoring, succession planning, data analytics and relationship management
- Previous experience in capturing metrics and producing various employment reports
- Coaching experience as a plus
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Excellent interpersonal, counseling, and negotiation skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
