Gett is looking for a great Talent Acquisition Specialist, who will help to gather the best Team in Russia.
Main Responsibilities:
Build relationship with business functions and HR to understand upcoming recruitment needs and gaps
Communicate TA strategy to key business stakeholders
Source and attract the best possible talent (both internally and externally); selecting the most appropriate and innovative sourcing channels
Advertise in line with our employer value proposition and promote Gett brand externally, ensuring we have access to and connections with the best possible talent available in our industry and elsewhere
Assess and select the best possible talent (both internally and externally) by utilizing appropriate selection techniques to maximize the right recruiting decisions
Owning the end-to-end candidate management process to ensure a market leading candidate experience
Drive quality and change focusing on continuous process improvement
Requirements:
At least 3 years of recruitment experience in consultancy or corporate side
Direct sourcing and networking experience
Fluent Russian, working level of written and spoken English is a must
Developing new skills and knowledge
Excellent communication skills
Ability to build and manage key relationships with multiple and challenging stakeholders
Strong planning skills with excellent attention to detail
Computer proficiency in MS Office
