Key functions:
Development of Corporate, Brand & Product communication based on strategic tasks
Corporate, Brand and Product key messages delivery to audience while developing and maintaining relationships with mass media
Control of PR & SM strategy proper execution by agencies
Responsibilities:
Public relations
Control of PR strategy proper execution by PR agency: alignment on direction and compliance with KPIs
Planning and coordination of all PR campaigns / projects: incl. alignment with business goals, SMART KPIs setting
Set quarterly & monthly targets for PR agency, control of achievement progress and efficiency check
Sustain effective and transparent processes in PR area and ensure its visibility with regular reporting to top-management in proper & timely manner
Ensure PR agency understanding of TMR strategic direction, business goals and current tactic tasks
Control PR agency KPIs execution in proper and timely manner and control agency retainer structure, deliver financial forecasts on PR budget spends
Contribution to all PR key messages development & validation for proper communication to public
Media relations (press releases, comments for federal and regional Russian media, top managers’ interviews, media loyalty activities)
Anti-crisis communications: preparation of communication guidelines on complicated / problematic business- and product-related topics for media relations, social media
CSR: CSR initiatives development & roll-out
Cooperate with global product, corporate PR, CSR departments for communication alignment
Supervision of media events execution
Study global PR trends matching company’s requirements & proactively implement current projects
Establishment of sustainable & regular reporting process of PR efficiency to management based
PR budget management with constant approach for optimization
Social media:
Manage social media communication campaigns and day-to-day activities of SMM team including:
Develop relevant content topics to reach the company’s target customers
Control of all content creation & management of PR-agency
Coordination of monitoring, listening and responding to users in a “Social” way
SM budget management
Develop organizational elements in order to implement a proactive process for capturing happy, loyal customer online reviews
Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy
Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the company
Monitor effective benchmarks (Best Practices) for measuring the impact of social media campaigns
Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of SMM in an effort to maximize results
Requirements:
Higher Education in PR, political science, GR, journalism, integrated marketing communications
Professional Experience in PR&SM, integrated communications sphere from 3 years +
