Responsibilities
- Opening / maintenance / closure of bank / agent accounts in UAE and other countries.
- Support of KYC/AML procedures during bank / agent account opening / review, interaction with Legal department;
- Cash position monitoring / liquidity forecast across multiple accounts, interaction with Treasury;
- Payments processing and bank statement monitoring;
- Statements / ledgers posting and bank fees monitoring and accounts reconciliation;
- Network management, including service level agreements maintenance and periodic review / negotiation (terms and conditions and fees), with banks in UAE and other countries;
- Involvement in IT projects on integration of bank-client systems with local accounting system;
- Following corporate policies of labour order, banking and commercial secrecy, information security, non-disclosure and anti-money laundering rules.
Skills and Competencies
Hard Skills
- 2+ years of work experience in similar position;
- Knowledge of local legislation;
- Experience creating & applying frameworks to solve problems and bringing the appropriate level of structure;
- Knowledge of English – C1;
- Higher education (Economics, Legal);
- Knowledge of CBR legislation, financial markets including securities, basic knowledge of civil and other laws (Russia, other countries is a plus);
- Knowledge of KYC / AML process and documents, client dossiers;
- Knowledge of payment order formats (CBR, SWIFT);
- Experience in operating bank / bank-client applications and setting up tasks for IT on their improvement;
- Experienced user in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, other applications is a plus).
