Toyota Motor is looking for a Senior Specialist Dealer Development.
Main Responsibilities:
New dealerships launch including open points analysis, approval of network plan with top management, candidate selection, meetings with potential partners, confirmation of business plan and overall project management, participation in grand opening ceremonies
Cooperation with dealer network re dealers performance, ownership change structure, business restructure
Revision of internal company’s procedures and policies related to cooperation with dealer network, tight communication with legal department
Maintenance of Dealer Performance Evaluation IT-tool including cooperation with supplier
Prolongation of dealer contracts based on legal due diligence check
Preparation of analytical reports re dealer network performance
Input in regular internal/external reports
Support to dealer development department manager in various request (preparation of analytical data for business trips, dealers profiles check etc.)
Experience & personal qualities:
Higher education
More than 3 years of experience in automotive business
Fluent English (upper-intermediate or higher)
Good understanding of business processes in the automotive industry
Advanced PC user (Excel, PowerPoint)
Good communication skills
Good time-management
Analytical thinking
Skills of business communication
