Kaspersky is looking for a Senior Reward Manager (HQ). This position will be working in both directions: supporting and improving current regular C&B processes as well as participating (managing) different types of Reward projects.
Main responsibilities:
- Effectively partner with HR colleagues and business clients to manage and consult on compensation and benefits-related issues
- Provide guidance to the business and develop creative solutions on a variety of total compensation issues
- Apply project management principles and PMO practices to ensure consistency and quality anytime
- Operating regular C&B processes with the mindset to minimize the transactional work
- To master sufficient knowledge of all the subjects during the job so you could become a consultant when any stakeholder has a question
- Variable Compensation: reviews, develops and manages implementation of all country variable schemes (functional bonuses, sales incentives, project bonus etc.)
- Analysis: provides analysis for C&B development projects and upon the requests from HR/ Business
Requirements:
- Must be hands-on with high level of energy and professional skills to function effectively and independently in a demanding, fast-paced change-oriented environment
- Good understanding of the principles and practices of compensation and benefits system
- Strong analytical, problem solving skills and quantitative skills and a track record for planning, doing and auditing work
- The ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making, systematically break down problems or processes into their parts and develop several alternative solutions
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once
- 3+ years of experience working in compensation
- Intellectual curiosity, innovation, passion, speed and resilience in dealing with data
- English – Upper Intermediate.
