Cointelegraph Consulting is looking for a Senior Project Manager. The product - international B2B system for risks analysis.
The key responsibilities include:
- Managing processes of the project, its customization and optimization;
- Planning and structuring the work of the teams;
- Monitoring of results on different steps of the project;
- Backlog maintenance and planning management;
- Building communication with different departments, departments and external contractors;
- Team management, including active participation in People management.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in management of projects and processes in development teams, including IT companies;
- Ability to find imperfections in existing processes and competence to adjust them or build up from the scratch;
- Initiative, independence and readiness to take responsibility;
- Ability to select and build team work, prioritize tasks, work with the backlog;
- Experience with distributed teams;
- Will be a plus: experience in outsourcing companies or integrator companies.
