FLSmidth – an international engineering company and the world’s leading supplier of plants, machinery and services to the cement and minerals industry – is looking for an experienced, responsible and result focused Senior Project Manager.
Based in Moscow or Irkutsk, the new Senior Project Manager will have the following main responsibilities:
Lead project and track its execution in accordance with corporate guidelines and relevant local legislation, driving projects end-to-end.
Deliver projects in time and within budget.
Lead efficient communication with customer.
Lead international project team and to ensure effective project team collaboration.
Commercial and financial contract deviation.
The ideal candidate should possess the following key qualifications:
Minimum 5-7 years’ experience as a Project Manager with an international company within engineering, plant-construction and/or installation projects within technical complex projects in Russia.
Preferable 5-7 years’ experience within mining industry.
Experience in managing commercial contracts.
Minimum 3 years’ experience managing international project team members in a matrix organization.
Experience of communication with Design Institutes.
Experience in big projects, as Deputy or Project Director in executing orders above 30 mln. USD with a proven track record.
Higher Education as Engineer, or similar relevant technical educational background.
Russian – native or fluent in reading and speaking.
English – at negotiation level in oral and in writing.
