Citibank is currently looking for a Senior Project manager.
Responsibilities:
Optimization of business processes
Lead projects and track their execution in accordance with local guidelines and relevant regional project management standards
Coordinate project manager
Accountability for driving projects end-to-end
Set up project governance
Form up project team, ensure effective team collaboration
Regularly update in-country sponsors, stakeholders and senior management on the progress
Regularly identify risks and issues, work out and execute mitigation strategies
Ensure a project is delivered on time and fulfills planned goals
Requirements:
Higher technical or financial education
Deep understanding of banking products and related operational processes
3+ years of proven experience in implementing projects of various complexity
Good developmental, analytical and research skills that allow stepping into a new domain area quickly and efficiently
PC skills (MS Office including Power Point)
Experience with language Agile will be an advantage
Experience with working LEAN will be an advantage
English level Intermediate or above.
